Nikon is developing the MA100, a brand new horse, in the simple rectangular stage. The three plate structure ensures stable control and superior durability of the microscope, as well as the ability to observe heavy samples, including embedded samples that are still installed on the grinder and twisted.

Sharp and clear images, using CFI60 optics
Nikon Optical's proprietary CFI60 provides high NA and longer working distance. CFI60 optics provides high brightness, high-resolution images. Up to 5 objective lenses can be installed.

Aperture diaphragm comes with a condenser as standard
Epi lighting comes standard with a condenser, allowing users to create contrast in images and depth of field in samples.

Determining an objective lens with adjustable mirror for one eye
The MA100 of Eclipse comes with an inspection objective, allowing for more efficient mirror observation. Now, users can verify that the objective lens is in use and the observation position of the sample is in a comfortable position without having to look in person.

Observe polarization mechanism with a simple action polarizing plate/analyzer
This device enables simple polarization observation, which is beneficial for effective samples, polymer materials, etc. It only requires a single action to engage in optical path polarizers and analyzers.
